- 1 lb. white fish fillets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 8 small flour tortillas
- In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
- Dredge the fish in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the fish to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.
- Remove from the heat and break into pieces with a fork.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side.
- To assemble tacos: Place some of the fish onto each tortilla. Top with desired toppings.
