- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg, beaten
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the zucchini into thin strips, about 1/4-inch thick.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Dip each zucchini strip into the egg and then coat in the flour mixture.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
