- 1 block extra-firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the tofu into cubes and transfer to a bowl. Add the soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder and onion powder. Toss to coat.
- Spread the tofu cubes on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve warm with your favorite sides.
