Crispy Baked Tofu
Ingredients
  • 1 block extra-firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes and transfer to a bowl. Add the soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder and onion powder. Toss to coat.
  3. Spread the tofu cubes on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
