- 1 block extra-firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Drain and press the tofu for 20 minutes.
- Cut the tofu into thin strips.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika and salt. Add the tofu strips and toss until evenly coated.
- Arrange the tofu strips on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve with Sriracha Aioli.
