Crispy Baked Tofu…
Ingredients
  • 1 block extra-firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain and press the tofu for 20 minutes.
  3. Cut the tofu into thin strips.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika and salt. Add the tofu strips and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Arrange the tofu strips on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Serve with Sriracha Aioli.
