- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 16 large mushrooms, stemmed and cleaned
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together butter, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom with the mixture.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
