- 1 lb. salmon fillet
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place salmon on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over salmon and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic, butter and lemon juice.
- Remove salmon from oven and brush with garlic butter sauce.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve warm.
