- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Cut potatoes into wedges and place in a bowl. Add the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and salt. Toss until potatoes are evenly coated.
- Spread the potato wedges onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve immediately.
