Ingredients
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges and place in a bowl. Add the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and salt. Toss until potatoes are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the potato wedges onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Serve immediately.
