Ingredients
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika and sea salt.
  3. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
  4. Spread the potatoes on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve hot.
