- 1 lb. fresh okra
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut okra into 1/4-inch slices.
- In a large bowl, combine okra slices, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
