- 1 lb. fresh green beans
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Wash and trim the ends of the green beans.
- In a large bowl, toss green beans with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Spread out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- Serve hot.
