- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Peel and cut potatoes into 1/4 inch (6 mm) thick strips.
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika and salt. Toss until potatoes are evenly coated.
- Spread potato strips onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot.
