Crispy Baked Fish…
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. skinless whitefish fillets, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. Dip fish strips into the flour mixture and coat evenly.
  4. Place the fish strips on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve warm.
