- 1 lb. skinless whitefish fillets, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Dip fish strips into the flour mixture and coat evenly.
- Place the fish strips on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm.
