- 2 lbs chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper and salt. Mix well.
- In a separate shallow bowl, add the panko breadcrumbs and olive oil. Mix until all of the breadcrumbs are coated with oil.
- Dip each chicken tender in the flour mixture and coat evenly. Then dip it into the panko mixture and coat evenly.
- Place each chicken tender onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm.
