- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
- Add the cauliflower florets and toss to coat.
- Spread the cauliflower out on the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
