Creamy Spinach Ar…
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. pasta of your choice
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen spinach, thawed and drained

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Whisk in the milk and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat to low and simmer until thickened, stirring often.
  7. Stir in the garlic powder, salt, pepper, artichoke hearts, spinach and cooked pasta.
  8. Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  9. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
