Creamy Spinach Ar…
Ingredients
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the artichoke hearts, spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and garlic.
  3. Spread the mixture into a 9 inch pie plate.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  5. Serve warm.
