- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the artichoke hearts, spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and garlic.
- Spread the mixture into a 9 inch pie plate.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Serve warm.
