Ingredients
  • 1 pound bacon, diced
  • 3 pounds red potatoes, cubed
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
  2. Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked bacon, potatoes, onion, mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar and sugar; mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
