In a large skillet over medium heat, add the pesto sauce, cream, garlic and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken.
Add the cooked shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the skillet with the shrimp and sauce. Toss everything together until evenly combined.
