Creamy German Pot…
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps
  1. Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the onion, celery, vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper.
  3. Drain potatoes and place in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the potatoes and stir to combine.
  4. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
