Creamy Garlic Mus…
Ingredients
  • 1 pound pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic and mushrooms for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in wine, and cook for 3 minutes. Pour in cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Toss cooked pasta with mushroom sauce, and serve.
