Cream of Mushroom…
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Steps
  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
  2. Add garlic and onion and sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, water and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
