- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
- Add garlic and onion and sauté until softened.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, water and pepper.
- Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
