- 4 bell peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cut the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, celery, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper until beef is browned.
- Stir in cooked rice.
- Fill each pepper with the beef mixture.
- Place peppers in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
