Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries, chopped coarsely
  • 2 cups chopped pecans

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix together melted butter, sugar, eggs, corn syrup, vanilla and almond extracts.
  3. Stir in the flour and salt. Add the cranberries and pecans.
  4. Pour mixture into a 9 inch unbaked pie shell.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes.
