- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups fresh cranberries, chopped coarsely
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix together melted butter, sugar, eggs, corn syrup, vanilla and almond extracts.
- Stir in the flour and salt. Add the cranberries and pecans.
- Pour mixture into a 9 inch unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes.
