- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 oranges, peeled and chopped
- 1 (12 ounce) package cranberries
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- In a saucepan over medium heat, dissolve sugar in water and vinegar. Add oranges and cranberries, and cook until cranberries pop.
- Stir in onion, and cook until mixture thickens.
- Refrigerate overnight before serving.
