- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, honey, oil, cinnamon and salt.
- Spread onto a baking sheet in an even layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- Let cool completely then stir in dried cranberries.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 month.
