Cranberry Almond …
Ingredients
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, honey, oil, cinnamon and salt.
  3. Spread onto a baking sheet in an even layer.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  5. Let cool completely then stir in dried cranberries.
  6. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 month.
