Ingredients
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together oats, almonds and salt.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together honey, oil and vanilla. Pour over oat mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Press mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with cranberries.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool before cutting into bars.
