- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup water
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt and sugar.
- Add the oil and water and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface until it is 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut into desired shapes with a cookie cutter or knife.
- Place crackers on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
