Ingredients
1 (9x13-inch) pan of cornbread, crumbled
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 pound pork sausage, cooked and drained
2 apples, peeled and diced
3 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
Add onion and celery; cook until tender.
Mix in crumbled cornbread, sausage, apples, chicken broth and poultry seasoning.
Season with salt and pepper; mix well.
Pour into a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven or until golden brown.
