Cornbread Dressing
Ingredients
  • 2 cups cornbread crumbs
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning or sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cornbread crumbs and chicken broth.
  3. Stir in onion, butter, poultry seasoning and salt.
  4. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes.
