Cookie Dough Ice …
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and cool completely.
  6. Spread softened ice cream over cooled crust. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts (if desired). Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  7. To serve, remove sides of pan. Slice cake into wedges and serve immediately.
