Collard Greens
Ingredients
  • 1 bunch collard greens
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Steps
  1. Wash collard greens and cut into thin strips.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened.
  4. Add red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute more.
  5. Add collard greens and cook until wilted, stirring occasionally.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
