- 1 bunch collard greens
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Wash collard greens and cut into thin strips.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic and cook until softened.
- Add red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute more.
- Add collard greens and cook until wilted, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
