- 1 pound cooked spaghetti
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame seeds, garlic and ginger.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the bowl and stir to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with cucumber salad.
