Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream, milk, sugar, coffee granules and salt until well blended.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
