Coffee Ice Cream
Ingredients
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream, milk, sugar, coffee granules and salt until well blended.
  2. Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
