- 1 1/2 cups uncooked white rice
- 1 can (14 ounces) coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- In a medium saucepan, combine rice, coconut milk and water.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork before serving.
