Ingredients
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg

Steps
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease it lightly with oil.
  3. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Flip the pancake and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm.
