- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease it lightly with oil.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
- Flip the pancake and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm.
