- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons honey
- In a small saucepan, bring the almond milk and oats to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the cinnamon, coconut and honey.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes or until thickened.
- Serve warm.
