Coconut Oatmeal
Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Steps
  1. In a small saucepan, bring the almond milk and oats to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in the cinnamon, coconut and honey.
  4. Cook for an additional 2 minutes or until thickened.
  5. Serve warm.
