In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the coconut oil to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
Stir in the yogurt and warm water until a soft dough forms.
Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape into balls.
Roll out each ball of dough into a thin circle about 1/8 inch thick.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place one naan in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown spots appear on the bottom. Flip over and cook for an additional 2 minutes until golden brown spots appear on that side as well.
