Coconut Flour Pan…
Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons tapioca flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil or butter

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey or maple syrup, and melted coconut oil or butter.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Grease lightly with butter or cooking spray.
  5. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings!
