In a medium bowl, mix together the chicken, coconut milk, curry powder, garlic powder, onion powder and cornstarch.
To assemble the dumplings, place 1 teaspoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold in half to form a triangle. Pinch the edges together to seal.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the dumplings. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until they float to the top.
