Coconut Curry Chiā€¦
Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 package wonton wrappers

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the chicken, coconut milk, curry powder, garlic powder, onion powder and cornstarch.
  2. To assemble the dumplings, place 1 teaspoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold in half to form a triangle. Pinch the edges together to seal.
  3. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the dumplings. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until they float to the top.
  4. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
