Coconut Chocolate…
Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together oats, coconut, honey, almond butter, vanilla extract and salt.
  3. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and spread the granola bar mixture into the pan.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  5. Let cool before cutting into bars.
  6. Enjoy!
