- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together oats, coconut, honey, almond butter, vanilla extract and salt.
- Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and spread the granola bar mixture into the pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
