- 3 cups peeled and chopped apples
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch square baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the apples, flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Stir in melted butter and coconut until evenly mixed.
- Spread mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
